<br /> from Grantees, grants, bargains, sells, conveys and confirms unto
<br /> Grantees, ALPHE N. LEVENE and OPAI, M. LEVENE, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following
<br /> described real estate situated in flall County, Nebraslsa:
<br /> Lot Eighteen (18) in Block Fifteen (15) , in Ashton
<br /> Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> , Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br /> belonging unto the Grantees as joir.t tenants and not as tenants in
<br /> common.
<br /> The real estate is conveyed subject to all applicable zoning
<br /> laws, rules and regulations, and covenants, conditions, restrictions,
<br /> reservations and easements of record, and visible easements.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO fIOLD the premises conveyed by this Deed unto
<br /> the Grantees as joint tenants and not as tenants in common.
