<br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS
<br /> AND CONDITIONS FOR SHAAX LANE SUBDIVSSION

<br /> KNOW AI,L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WHEREAS, 'GERZaLD D. FF.EDERIKSEN and L. JUNE FREDF.RIKSEN, husband
<br /> and wife, are the owners of all lots in Shady �ane Subdivision, a
<br /> Subdivision located sr� the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (S�SEa) of Section Fourteen (14) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> Nine (9) , Wes�t of the 6th P_M. , in Ha11 County, Nebraska, as more
<br /> f specifically described in the plat o£ said Subdivision; and
<br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the aforesaid owners of said
<br /> Subdivision to improve Shady Lane Subdivision by encouraging the
<br /> sale of lots and construction of modern and desirable dwelling
<br /> houses; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the aforesaid owners did execute a certain A_qreement
<br /> for Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for Shady Lane
<br /> Subdiv.i.sion located in Hall County, Nebraska, dated June 1, 1977,
<br /> which said Agreement was filed on June 8, 1977, and recorded as
<br /> Document Number 77-003142 in the office of the Ha11 Countv Register
<br /> of Deeds; and -
<br /> WHERF.AS, ttle aforesaid owners desire to clari£y a certain
<br />� portion of the above-mentioned AgrEement;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owners do hereby stipulate and
<br /> agree that Paragraph Number 9 in said Agreement shall not prohibit
<br /> modular building.
