<br /> l: The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of_its city council
<br /> on July -25, 1977, enacted Ordinance No. 6167 which directed the conveyance
<br /> of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br /> 2_ Ordinance No- 6167 was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br /> Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof
<br /> was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three consecutive
<br /> weeks, on August 1, 1977, August 8, 1977, and August 15, 1977, all as
<br /> required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943.
<br /> 3. Na remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council
<br /> of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage
<br /> and publication of Ordinance No. 6167.
<br /> 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 6167 provides that if no remonstrance
<br /> be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk-Finance Director
<br /> shall make, execute, and deliver to Robert Munaz and Darla Munoz, husband
<br /> and wife, a warranty deed for said real estate, and the execution of such
<br /> �ieed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City
<br /> Council.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal
<br /> corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One
<br /> Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,350.00) received from Grantees,
<br /> does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br /> ROBERT MiJNoZ and DARLA MUrdOZ,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, herein
<br /> called the Grantee,s the following described real property in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska:
<br /> Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Fractional Block Fourteen
<br /> (14) in Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Plebraska.
<br /> ,
<br /> To have and to hold the above described psemises, together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> Grantees and to Grantee's heirs, devisees, executors, administrators,
<br /> successors, and assigns, forever.
<br /> And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees and with
<br /> Grantees' heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, and
<br /> assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
<br /> free from encurnbrance, except easements of record; that Grantor has good
<br /> right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants
<br /> and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of
<br /> all persons whomsoever.
