<br /> � l. The City of Grand Island, Plebraska, by action of its City
<br /> Council on 3u1y 11, 1977, enacted Ordinance No. 6160 which directed
<br /> the con�eyance of the real estate described below and the manner and
<br /> terms thereof.
<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 6160 was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br /> Independent according to 1aw, and notice of such sale and the terms
<br /> thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three
<br /> consecutive weeks, on July 18, JuZy 25, and August 1, 1977, all as
<br /> required by Section 16-202, R.R.S_ 1943. �
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City -
<br /> Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of
<br /> the passage and pubZicatiori of Grdinanee No. 6160.
<br /> 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 6160 provides that if no remonstrance
<br /> be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City C1erk-Finance Director
<br /> sha11 make, execute, and deliver to Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A.
<br /> Theasmeyer, husband and wife, a warranty deed £or said real estate, and
<br /> the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action
<br /> on behalf of Che City Council.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal
<br /> corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of
<br /> $675.00 received from Grantee,s does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey,
<br /> and confirm unto

<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, herein
<br /> called the Grantees, the following described real property in Ha11 County,
<br /> Y Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Eight (8), in Block Seven (7), in Evans Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, fIall County, Nebraska_
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises, together with a ll
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> ` Grantees and to Grantee's heirs, devisees, executors, administrators,
<br /> successors, and assigns, forever.
<br /> And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees and with
<br /> d Grantees' heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, and -
<br /> assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
<br /> free from encumbrance, except easements of record; that Grantor has good
<br /> right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants
<br /> and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
