SE ST ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COIINCIL OF TkiE CITY OF GRAND ISLAIiD, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 932 in the City of Grand'Island, Nebraska, is hereby czeated. SECTIDN 2. The boundaries of the district sha21 be as followa: 9eginning on the southerly line of �Jrd Street at its junctiion with the westezly ?ine of Wheeler Avenue; thence running southea'sterly on xhe westerly line of Wheeler Avenue for a distance o£ 280 feet, or 85.344 meters, to the noztherly line of 2nd Street; thence running southwesterly ott the norcherly line of 2nd Street for a distance of 264 feec, or 80.467 meters, to the easterly line of Walnuc SCreet; thence running northwesterly on the easterly line of Walnut Street for a distactce of 280 f eec, or 85.344 meters, tu che southerly line of 3rd Street; thence running northeasterly on Che southerly line of 3rd Street for a distance of 264 feet, o� 80.467 mecers to the westerly line of WheeleY Avenue, being the place of beGinning, a11 as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereco and incorporated herein by reference. �Gt:ilviv 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and afcer its passage, ' approval, and publication, without the p2at, as provided by law. ` SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall Councy, Nebraska. SECTION 7. After passage, approval, and publication of this ordinance, notice of the ezeation of said district shall be published in the Grand Island Dai1y Independent, a legal .newspaper published and of gettezal circulation in said City, as provided by 2aw. .
