<br /> r Charles 0. Bosselman and Elizabeth Bosselman, husband and wife;
<br /> herein called the Grantors, in consideration of

<br /> edged, hereby grant and convey unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br /> a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantee, a permanent
<br /> and perpetuaZ easement to construct, aperate, maintain, repair, replace,
<br /> and remove underground electrical transmission and distribution lines, in,
<br /> upon, and underneath, and through the following describ2d raal estate in
<br /> Hal1 County, Nebr.aska;
<br /> A tracY of land lying in part of Bosselman Suladivision in
<br /> the City of ��a:�d Island, �1ebr.aska, more particularly
<br /> described as foilows:
<br /> The easterly eight (8) feet of the westerly sixteen
<br /> (16) feet of Lots Three (3) , Four (4) , and Five (5) of
<br /> said Bosselman Subdivision, said tract containing 0.0$
<br /> acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated 7/27/77,
<br /> marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated lzerein
<br /> by reference,
<br /> together with the following rights, namely: LnrestrictEd ingress and
<br /> egress within, through, and across the above described tract of land for
<br /> � the purpose o�' exercising the rights herein granted, and the right to clear
<br /> and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, shrubbery, and other obstructions
<br /> from the surface of such easement areas.
<br /> A11 underground electric lines placed within the easement area shall
<br /> remain the property of the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any

<br /> covenant that no structures or other obstructions shall be erected or
<br /> permitted on th� easement areas described above.
