<br /> I, Charles B. Beer, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says :
<br /> 1. Affiant is a R�gistered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now
<br /> Vice-President of the firm of Benjamin F, Associates, Inc. , Engineers and
<br /> Surveyors, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> 2. Af£iant £urther states that on March 22, 1973, he completed a survey of
<br /> Ravenwood Subdivision, Eiall County, Nebraska, and that the o riginal plat of
<br /> said sub division is now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office in the
<br /> Flall Coimty Court House at Grand Is land, Nebraska.
<br /> 3. Affiant further states that he has tliis date, re-examined said plat of
<br /> Ravemvood Subdivision, and has �3iscovered an error in dimensions snown
<br /> on the northerly lines of Lots Two (2), Five (S) , Eight (8) and Eleven (11)
<br /> on said original plat.
<br /> 4. Affiant further states that the dimensions shown on the nortiierly lines of
<br /> said Lots Two (2), Five (5), Eight (8) and Eleven (11), should read "100.0"'
<br /> in lieu of the dimensions of "93.12"' as shown on said original plat.
<br /> Further Affiant Saith Not.
