<br /> that the same were done and performed and furnished by the under-
<br /> signed to and for the said James B. Hellman and Ma.rlene J. Hellman,
<br /> under a written contrsct, a copy of which is attached hereto, in-
<br /> corporated herein as though fu11y set forth for material and labor
<br /> of a lawn sprinkler system on the following described real estate:
<br /> Lot One (1), in Block One (1) , in Replat of Riverside
<br /> Acres, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> f County, Nebraska,
<br /> that at the time the contract was made and labor and materials
<br /> furnished and delivered thereunder, James B. Hellman and Marlene
<br /> J. Hellman, werethe ownersof said premises; that the date of the
<br /> first item furnished and delivered was _�t� Z � and the
<br /> date of the last iteni furnished was July 29, 9 7. T e undersigned
<br /> further states that the said labor was performed on and the materials
<br /> were furnished for, delivered to, and used on said premises for the
