<br /> R+�GER L. ROEPKE and ROSEMARY A. ROEPKE, husband and wife,

<br /> received from Grantee, grant, bargain, sell and convey to THE

<br /> 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted
<br /> and recorded, excepting therefrom a certain tract of
<br /> land more particularly described in a Warranty Deed
<br /> recorded in Book 169 of Deeds, at page 630, in the
