<br /> I, DALE ACKERMAN, being first duly sworn on oath, depose and state
<br /> as follows:
<br /> 1. That I am an officer, to-wit: Secretary of The Abundant Life
<br /> Christian Center, which is a non-profit corporation.
<br /> 2. Thdt on this day of Dece�ber 1977, Gerrald L. Weedin ,
<br /> Daa Jur ensen dnd Normaa N. McCarthy are three
<br /> u y e ected rustees of T e Abundant Li e C ristian Center, Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> 3. That The Abundant Life Christian Center holds regular weekly
<br /> meetings and that the following Notice was announced by reading the same at two
<br /> (Z) consecutive regular meetings on September 18, 1977, and on September 25, 1977.
<br /> 4. That the following Notice was publicly read from the pulpit of The
<br /> Abundant life Christian Center, Grand Island, Nebraska, on Sunday, September 18,
<br /> 1977, and on Sunday, September 25, 1977, and that the following Notice has been
<br /> posted near the front door of said Church for more than ten (10) days prior to
<br /> October 2, 1977:
<br /> "NOTICE
<br /> Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of October.
<br /> 1977, at 10:45 o'clock A.M, during the regular worship
<br /> services there will be a meeting of the Church for the
<br /> purpose of authorizing the Trustees to sell the existing
<br /> parsonage located at 1318 North Park Avenue, Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska. to Donald E. Arnold and Bertha A. Arnold for the
<br /> swn of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000), the legal description
<br /> of the property being Lot Four (4) , Assemblyville Subdivision,
<br /> an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska."
<br /> That pursuant to said Notice and at the time and place mentioned therein, there was
<br /> duly held a meeting of the members of The Abundant Life Christian Center. at which
<br /> meeting the adoption of the following Resolution was moved and seconded and the
<br /> said Resolution was adopted by more than two-thirds (2/3) of the members of said
<br /> Church present and voting at said meeting:
<br /> "RESOLUTION
<br /> "BE IT RESOLVEO that three (3) or more of the Trustees be
<br /> authorized to sell the existing parsonage at 1318 North
<br /> Park Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska, to Donald E. Arnold
<br /> and Bertha A. Arnold for the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
<br /> ($40,OU0), the legal description of said property being
<br /> Lot Four (4) in Assemblyville Subdivision, an Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska."
<br /> That the vote on said Resolution was as follows: Number voting 65, yes 62 and
<br /> no 3.
