<br /> 21. Futuse Advanees. Upon request of Borrower, I.ender, at Lender's option, prior to release of this
<br /> Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall

<br /> to installmenta last to become due under this mortgage. Upon request of the undersigned or either of
<br /> them, provided a default does not exist and the,y are the ownets of the mortgaged property, the lender
<br /> agsees to furnish to the undersigned 100 °J� of such principal prepayments, unless advancement is prohibited
<br /> by the regulstiona of chartering and eupervisory authorities then in effect. All such advancements shall be
