<br /> rponald D. Denman and Jacqueline C. Denman, Husband and Wife, whether
<br /> one or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank
<br /> of Grand Island, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the
<br /> Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br /> 1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a first real
<br /> estate mortgage dated January 21 , 1977, and recorded January 27, 1977, as
<br /> Document No. 77-000452 in the office of the Reqister of Deeds, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to secure their debt to the Mortgagee under a certain credit
<br /> arrangement extended to Donald D. Denman and Jacqueline C. Denman under
<br /> various promissory notes, and in consideration of the Mortgagee's renewal
<br /> of certain promissory notes and extension of new notes under this credit
<br /> arrangement, is a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and
<br /> accordingly, the terms of the aforementioned first real estate mortaage
<br /> shall be modified and extended to be payable in the following manner:
<br /> Various promissory notes under a credit arrangement of
<br /> January 21, 1977, in the amount of $102,000.00 with
<br /> interest at the rate of 11.0%, secured by the afore-
<br /> mentioned first real estate mortgaqe.
<br /> 2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original first
<br /> real estate mortgage dated January 21 , 1977, shall remain the same> and
<br /> this Modification and Extension Agreement is made a oart of the original
<br /> first real estate mortgage by reference and shall inure to a11 successors
<br /> and assigns and their heirs.
