<br /> and transfer to CLARENCE G. OSTERMEIER, Grantee, an undivided one-

<br /> a tract of land consisting of Seventeen (17) Acres located
<br /> in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E'� NW;) of
<br /> Section Twenty-Two (22) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
<br /> Northwest corner of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter

<br /> in a southerly direction at right angles along the westerly

<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances of the real estate to the Grantee.
<br /> Grantors covenant with Grantee the Grantors are lawfully seised
<br /> of the resl estate; the real estate is free from encumbrance, except
<br /> for the real estate mortgage above described; the real estate is
<br /> conveyed subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations
<br /> and easements of record; Grantors have good right and lawful authority
