The premises are hereby conveyed upon the further conditioa that in t2ie event the President of the United States of America , the Congresa thereof . the Secretary of Defenee of the United Statea , or the Secretaries of the Army , Navy or Air Force . or any one of the above--named determines that the said premises are needed for national defenae purpoees . the title thereto shall revert to the United States . and upon which reversion the title of the Grantee thereto shall cease and terminate and the United Statea shall hsve the i�ediate right of poasession thereof . 3 . As part of the consideration £or this deed the Grsntee . by acceptance thereof , covenants and aqrees for itself , ite succesaors and assigns . that (1 ) the program for or in connection vith which this deed is made will be conducted in compliance with . and the Grantee . ite succeasors and aseigna will comply with . all require- ments i�osed by oz pursuant to the regulations of the General Services Administration as in effect on the date of this deed (41 CFR Subpart 101-6 . 2 ) iseued under the provisiona of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ; and ( 2 ) this covenant shall be aub� ect in all respects to the proviaione of said regulations ; ( 3 ) the Grantee , its aucceasora and aesiqns will promptly take and eontinue to take such action as may be necessary to effeetuate thia covenant : (4 ) the United Statea shall have the righ[ to seek ,judicial enforcement of this covenant ; and ( 5 ) the Grantee . its successors and assigna will (a ) obtain from each other person (any legsl entity ) who . through contractual or other arrangementa with the Grantce . its successora or assiRns is authorized to provide aervicea or benefits under said program . a written agreement pursuant to which such other person shall , with respect to the aervices or benefits which he is authorized to provide , undertake for himself the same ob1lP,atione aa those imposed upon the grantee . its auccesaors and aseigns by this covenant . and (b ) furnish the original of auch agreement to the Secretary of the Interior . or his successor . upon his request therefor . This covenant ahall run vith the land hereby conveyed . and ahall in any event . without regard to technieal classification or designatlon , legal or other- wise . be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law aad equity for the benefit of , and in favor of the grantor and enforceable by the Grantor against the Crantee , its successors and assigns . 4 .
