<br /> CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br /> The undersigned Lessor, namely, ICuester Lake, Inc., hereby consents
<br /> to the assignment to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, by W. David Connell and Crystal S. Connell , of a Lease
<br /> dated _ August 1, 1977 , wherein the party hereto was Lessor and
<br /> W. David Connell and Crystal S. Connell , were Lessees, such lease commenced
<br /> August 1, 1971 and terminated July 31, 2012 , and
<br /> pertaining to:
<br /> l.ots one (1), and (2) and three (3) Kuester Lake,
<br /> on West side of the West Lake, in Section 13, Town-
<br /> ship 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th p.m. , Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> Said Assignment, to which this Lessor consents, was qiven by said
<br /> Lessees to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska as additional security for payment of a bond in the amount of
<br /> 558,000.00, and a Financing Statement covering the above described oremises
<br /> and securing the payment of said bond.
<br /> Such assignment to remain effective until said bond is paid.
