<br /> That in consideration of the swn of Fifty Eight Thousand and
<br /> No/i00 - - (558,000.00) - - Dollars, we hereb,y sell, assign , and transfer
<br /> unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> all our right, title, and interest in and to a certain L.ease Agreement
<br /> entered into on August 1, 1977 , between Kuester Lake, Inc. , Lessor,
<br /> and W. David Connell and Crystal S. Connell, Lessees, �ertaining to the fol-
<br /> lowing described premises:
<br /> Lots one (1), two (2) and three (3) Kuester's Lake,
<br /> on Westside of the West Lake, in Section 13, Township
<br /> 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th p.m., Hatl County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> This assignment is given to secure the payment of a bond in the s um
<br /> of 558,000.00 of even date herewith, which bond is payable $496,71 per
<br /> month, in advance including interest at 9;% per ann�n, computed upon the
<br /> unpaid principal balance for 300 months.
<br /> This agreement shall be binding upon the parties here to and their
<br /> respective personal representatives, devis�aes, legatees, heirs-at-law and
<br /> assigns.
