Nagorski and Katherine Nagorski, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of Lots Twenty-six (26) and Twenty-seven (27) in the County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W�SW�) of Section Ten (10) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot One <1) , Block Three (3) , Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence westerly along the north line of said Block Three (3) a distance of one hundred twenty- five (125.0) feet; thence northerly parallel to the westerly line of Popular Street a distance of two hundred twelve and thirty-eight hundredths (212.38) feet to the northerly line of said Lot Twenty-seven (27) ; thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot Twenty-seven (27) a distance of one hundred twenty-five (125. 0) feet to the westerly line of said Popular Street; thence southerly along said westerly line of Popular Street a distance of two hundred twelve and thirty-eight hundredths (212.38) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0. 609 acres, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is lotated within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Zsland, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Nagorski Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describin� the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easernents by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streeis to the pubZic for t!:eir use forever, and of the easements to public utilities.
