<br /> of Leo F. Connor, Deceased, Parties of the First Part, and Mark L. Luebke
<br /> and Deborah S. Luebke, husband and wife, as joint tenants, Parties of the

<br /> WITNESSETfi, that the said Parties of the First Part, being the qual-
<br /> ified and acting Trustees of the Testamentary Trust Estate of Leo F. Connor,
<br /> Deceased, iuider his Last tYill and Testament, which is of record in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and by virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon

<br /> Lot Ten (10) in "Husman's" Subdivision to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all appurtenances and improvements thereto belonging and also all
<br /> of the estate, right, titie and interest which the said Deceased had in his life-
<br /> time and which First Parties have, by virtue of said Will.
<br /> To have and to hold said described premises unto Parties of the
<br /> Second Part as joint tenants not tenants in co�man.
<br /> Parties of the First Part do hereby confirm to and with Parties of the
<br /> Second Part that they are the Trustees under the Testa�ntary Trust granted by
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of Leo F. Connor, Deceased, and have power to con-
<br /> vey as afdresaid, and have in making this conveyance act pursuant to the auth-
<br /> ority conveyed upon them by said Will and that they have not cione or permitted
<br /> any act since their appoint�nt as Trustees, whereby the above premises are,
<br /> shall or may be impeached, charged or emcirnbered in any maru►er whatsoever.
