<br /> bution lines, conduit, conductors, cables, terminals, transformers,
<br /> and other fixtures, equipment, necessary surface markers, and other
<br /> appurtenances, in, upon, over, along, across, underneath, and through
<br /> a tract of land located in part of the Conestoga North Subdivision,
<br /> an Addition in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> The northerly twenry-four (24) feet of the easterly
<br /> sixteen (16) feet of the westerly ane hundred four
<br /> (104) feet of Lot Two (2) ; and
<br /> The northerly eight (8) feet of the easterly fifty-
<br /> two (52) feet of the westerly one hundred four (104)
<br /> feet of Lot Three (3) ; and
<br /> The easterly sixteen (16) feet of the westerly one
<br /> hundred four (104) feet of Lot Three (3) , all located
<br /> in the said Conestoga North Subdivision; said tracts
<br /> containing 0.06 acres, more or less, as shown on the
<br /> plat dated 11/22/'7 , marked �xhibit ":,", attached
<br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
<br /> together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and
<br /> egress to the land above described for the exercise of all the
<br /> rights herein granted, including clearing and keeping clear of a11
