<br /> RICHARD L. GEIST and BARBARA D. GEIST, individually and as
<br /> husband and wife, and RUDOLF F. PLATE and JEANNICE R. PLATE, indi-
<br /> vidually and as husband and wife, herein called the Mortgagors , in
<br /> consideration of Three Hundred Thirty-six Thousand Dollars ($336,000.00) ,
<br /> do hereby mortgage to CARL McCULLOUGH and IVALOO McCULLOLJ(;H, as
<br /> tenants in common, herein called the Plortgagees, the following
<br /> described real estate in Hall County, and State of Nebraska:
<br /> The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S�NE;) (except
<br /> 10 acres, more or less, heretofore conveyed by deed
<br /> recorded in Book 142 of Deeds, Paqe 431 in the office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County) and the North
<br /> Half of the Southeast Quarter (N�;SE�;) of Section Four-
<br /> teen (14) , Township F.leven (11) North, Range Ten (10) ,
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , and containinq 150 acres, a little
<br /> more or less.
<br /> This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal
<br /> sum of $336,000.00 and interest thereon, accordinq to the terms of
<br /> a certain Promissory Installment Note of even date, executed by the
<br /> Mortgagors to the Mortgagees, due in installments as therein provided.
<br /> The Mortgagors agree to pay all taxes and assessments upon
<br /> said premises and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied
<br /> upon this riortgage and the Note which this Mortgage is given to
<br /> secure before the same become delinquent. In the event the Mortgagors
<br /> shall fail to pay such taxes before delinquent, the Mortgagees may
<br /> pay such taxes or other liens and shall have a lien secured hereby
<br /> for the amount so advanced with interest thereon at the rate of
<br /> eight per cent per annum.
<br /> In the event the Mortgagors default in the payment of said
<br /> indebtedness or any installment thereof, or any interest when due,
<br /> or fail to perform any of the other agreements herein, the Mortqaqees
<br /> at their election may declare the entire debt secured by this
<br /> Mortgage to be due and collectible at once; and may foreclose tl-iis
<br /> Mortgage for the satisfaction thereof or take such other action
<br /> authorized by law in such cases.
