<br /> � CARL McCULLOUGH and IVALOO McCULLOUGH, husband and wife, each
<br /> in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called
<br /> the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
<br /> Twenty Thousand Dollars ($420,000.00) received from Grantees , do
<br /> hereby grant, bargain, sell , convey and confirm unto RICHARD L.
<br /> GEIST, BARBARA D. GEIST, RUDOLF F. PLATE and JEANNICE R. PLATE, as
<br /> tenants in common, the following described real estate situated in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S'�'.VE;;) (except
<br /> 10 acres, more or less , heretofore conveyed by deed
<br /> recorded in Book 142 of aeeds, Page 43I in the office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County) and the North
<br /> Half of the Southeast Quarter (N�SSEi4) of Section Four-
<br /> teen ( 14) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) ,
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , and containing 150 acres, a little
<br /> more or less.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br /> with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and assiqns
<br /> forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Crantees and with
<br /> their heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said premises,
<br /> that they are free from encumbrance but subject to easements ,
<br /> reservation of mineral rights and restrictions, if a.ny, and public
<br /> roads, and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br /> same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to
<br /> said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim and
<br /> interest in and to the above described premises.
