<br /> BETTY K. GIESE, the duly appointed and qualified Personal
<br /> Representative under the probated last Will of Fred J. Giese,
<br /> deceased, acting under Letters of Personal Representative, issued
<br /> to her on April 15, 1977, by Fern A. Place, Reqistrar oi the
<br /> County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Estate No. 35-255, and
<br /> under the last Will of Fred J. Giese, deceased, duly admitted to
<br /> probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 15,
<br /> 1977, as Grantor, in consideration of the sum of FORTY-SEVEN
<br /> THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($47,500.00) received from Grantee,
<br /> grants, bargains, sells, conveys and confirms unto Grantee,
<br /> GEORGE W. GIESE, JR., an undivided thirty-seven and one-half percent
<br /> (37�,8) interest in and to the following described real estate
<br /> � situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Eight (8) in Block Eighty-Three (83) in the Original
<br /> Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, except the
<br /> following tract, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the
<br /> north line of said Lot Eight (8) , a distance of twenty-
<br /> five (25) feet east of the northwest corner of said Lot
<br /> Eight (8); thence going in an easterly direction along
<br /> ;! and upon said north line of said lot, a distance of
<br /> forty-one (41) feet, to the northeast corner of said
<br /> Lot Eight (8); thence going at right angles in a southerly
<br /> direction along and upon the east line of said Lot Eight
<br /> (B) , a distance of twenty-eight (28) feet; thence turning
<br /> at right angles and going in a westerly direction parallel
<br /> to the north line of said Lot Eight (8) , a distance of
<br /> forty-one (41) feet; thence turning at right angles and
<br /> going in a northerly direction parallel to the easterly
<br /> line of said Lot Eight (8) , a distance of twenty-eight
<br /> (28) feet to the point of beginning, as surveyed, platted

<br /> The real estate is conveyed subject to all applicable zoning
<br /> laws, rules and regulations, and covenants, conditions, restrictions,
