<br /> duly appointed, qualified and acting Executors of the Estate of
<br /> Evelyn G. D9eves, Deceased, under her Last Will and Testament
<br /> which is of record in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> by virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon
<br /> them under the said tYill, and in consideration of the sum of Sixty-
