The By-Laws of the Nebraska District for the Luth- ; eran Church--Missouri Synod contain the following language 4 relative to the duties of the District Board of Directors: � "ARTICLE III. District Administration. E. The llistrict Board of Directors. 3 g. All legal documents sha11 be signed by ; the District PresidenC and attested by the Secretary. ; 6. Powers and duties with respect to the property of the district. The Board of Directors, except as otherwise provided by these By-Laws shall have such authority and responsibility with respect to the property of the district as is generally i vested in and imposed upon the Board of Directors of a corporation. Property of the district includes all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, and c.herever situated." ` 2.
