SAINT FRANCIS MEDICAL SUBDZVISION In the City of Grand Island Nebraska The undersigned, Saint Francis Hospital, a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE�NW�) of Section Seventeen (17) , Township Fleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows : Beginning at a point on the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE�NW�) , said point being one thoueand seventy-seven and seventy-six hundredths (1,077_76) feet north of the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE�NW�) ; thence northerly along the west line of said Southeast Qusrter of the Northwest Quarter (SE�NW�) a distance of two hundred eighteen and five-tenths (218.5) feet to the south line of Tenth Street; thence eaeterly along the south line of said Tenth Street a distance of nine hundred forty-seven and five-tenths (947.5) feet to the west line of Howard Avenue; thence southerly along the west line of said Howard Avenue a distance of five hundred sixty (560)feet; thence deflecting right 120° 00' and running northwesterly a distance of three hundred eighty (380) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' and running northeasterly a distance of otte hundred fifty (150) feet ; thence deflecting left 90� 00' an3 running northwesterly a distance of two hundred ninety-four and thirty- five hundredths (294. 35) feet; thence deflecting left 90� 00' and running southwesterly a distance of one hundred forty and fifty-six hundredths (140. 56) feet; thence westerly parallel to the south line of Tenth Street a distance of three hundred sixty- eight and thirty-two hundredths (368.32) feet to the place of baginning, and containing 6.083 acres, more or less; desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Ssint Francis Medical Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements beloa�ging to such subdivision, with lots desi�nated by numbers and easemente by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such subciivieion when finally approved by the ltegional Planning Comtaiseion and the City Council to be ackseo�rledged bq euch owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a y re�ietared land eurveyor, aad to contain a dedicatiori of the easemente for �' . * � �ltc utilitits.
