<br /> THIS DEED is made by Margaret Joyce Vakoc as Personal Representative
<br /> of the Estate of Margaret M. Schinkel, Deceased, Grantor, to
<br /> Marqaret Joyce Vakoc, Connie Marie Kucera (formerly Connie Marie
<br /> Gi.11ham), and John Allen Schinkel as tenants in common, Grantees.
<br /> WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of
<br /> the Estate of Margaret M. Schinkel, Deceased, by the County Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, and is now qualified and acting in said
<br /> capacity; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons entitled
<br /> to distribution of the hereinafter-described real property, and Grantor
<br /> is authorized to distribute the same to Grantees;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers, and releases
<br /> to Grantees the followinq-described real property:
<br /> A tract of land in the Wes t Half of Lot Three,
<br /> Wilson's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> described as follows: Conunencing at the
<br /> Southwest Corner of Lot Three (3) , thence runninq
<br /> Northerly along the Westerly line of said Lot
<br /> Three (3) a distance of Three Hundred Ninety-
<br /> One feet (391') , thence russning Easterly Three
<br /> Hundred Thirty feet (330') , thence runninq
<br /> .. Southerly a distance of Three Hundred Ninety-
<br /> One feet (39 1') , to the Southerly line of Lot
<br /> Three (3) , and thence Westerly Three Hundred
<br /> Thirty feet (330') along the Southerly line of
<br /> Lot Three (3) to the point of beginning
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
