<br /> & 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City
<br /> Council an July il, 1977, enacted Ordinance No. 6159 which directed the
<br /> conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms �

<br /> Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms �
<br /> " thereof was published in the Grand Island Dai.7y Independent fer Chree
<br /> r ; consecutive weelcs, on July 18, July 25, and August 1, 1977, all as requirzd
<br /> by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943.
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council �
<br /> ' of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage
<br /> s ? and piiblication of Ordinance No. 6159. �
<br /> 4. SecCion 5 of Ordinance No. 6 1 5 4 p r o v i d e s t h a t i f n o r e m o n s t r a n c e
<br /> be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk-Finance Director
<br /> shall make, execute, and deliver to Lewis Ward a warranty deed for said
<br /> real estate, and the execution of suc.h deed is hereby authorized without
<br /> further action on behalf of the City Council.
