<br /> The undersigned Lessor, namely, Kuester Lake, Inc., hereby consents
<br /> to the assignment to The Equitable Building and l_oan Association af Grand
<br /> Is3and, Nebraska, by Ivan J. Stueven, of a Lease dated September 1, 1977
<br /> wherein the party hereto was Lessor and Ivan J. Stueven was Lessee, such
