<br /> the Grantees as joint tenants and not as tenants in common.

<br /> 1. Berggren Brothers, a Partnership, also known as Eerggren Bros.,

<br /> form of Deed and it is the intention of the Grantors that all
<br /> persons having any possible interest in the premises as a result of
