<br /> 										successors      or      assigns ,      may     pay      such      taxes      and     procure      such     insurance
<br />										and      the      sum      so      advanced    with     interest      at      	11       	%    per      annum     shall      be
<br />										paid     by      the      said    Mortgagor     and      this      mortgage      shall      stand     as      security
