<br /> � Noti.ce is hereby given that pursuant to a contract of sale
<br /> dated August � 1977; Chris H. R.asmussen, Jr. has agreed to sell
<br /> to David A. Rasmussen and Barbara A. Rasmussen, husband and wife,
