<br /> THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE �I'PY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, herein
<br /> called the Grantors, in consideration of xhe siun of �+o thousand two hundred
<br /> sixty and no/100-------------Dollars ($2,$60.00), , received from the Grantee,
<br /> Volney A. Lo green Mary Lo greer�erein called the Grantee, the foilowing
<br /> described real progerty in Ha11 County, Nebraska:

<br /> TO HAV� AND TO HOLD the ahove described premises togetlier with a11 tenements,
<br /> hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee.
<br /> AND the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee that Grantors are law-
<br /> fullq seixed of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance except '�uch
<br /> as appear of record, that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to coavey
<br /> the 3ame; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises
<br /> against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> IT IS SPECIFICALLY agreed that this Deed is subject to all the terms, pro-
<br /> visions, covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in the official Grand
<br /> Island Neighborhood Development Plan, Project No. Nebraska A-2, wh ich is on £ile
<br /> in the o££ice of the Clerk o� the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and which is
<br /> recorded in the office of Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraslca in
<br /> Book No. 27 of Miscellaneous r.at Page No. 161-179 , said
<br /> Urban Renewal Plan being incorporated by this reference.
<br /> IT IS SPECIFICALLY agreed that this Deed is also subject to aIl the terms,
<br /> provisions, covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in a certain Agreement,
<br /> entitled "Contract of Sale of Land Having a Re-Use Value Under $30,000 to
<br /> �; Individuals, Corporate and other Purchasers" executed by the Grantors and Grantee
<br /> herein, dated Niarch 24 , 19 �� , which is on file in the Offices of the
<br /> Community Development Agency, Grand Island, Nebraska, and which is recorded in the
<br /> OEf ice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document
<br /> No. 77-003935 , said Agreement being incorporated herein by this reference. "
<br /> IT IS SPECZFICALLY agreed that all the terms, provisions, covenants, conditions
<br /> and restrictions contained in the above identified Agreement shall be and are
<br /> hereby declared to be covenants running with the land, enforceable as therein set
<br /> out, and which, in addition thereto, are hereby declared to be also for the benefit
<br /> of the Grantors and enforceable by the Grantors, regardless of whether or not title
<br /> to all land in the said Grand Island Neighborhood Development Program area may w
<br /> have been transferred to private parties, Neither the Contract for Sa1e of
<br /> Land Having a Re-Use Value under $30,000 to Individuals, Corporate and other
<br /> � Purchasers, ncr"r sny portion thereof shall be deemed merged in this lleed.
