<br /> Agreement as of December 4, 1975, wherein Franklin Lunney and Norma
<br /> J. Lunney, are parties of the first part, and Alvah Carl 5tahlnecker
<br /> and Ranae Lyn Stahlnecker are the parties of the second part, photo-
<br /> copies of which Agreement and Supp'lementalAgreement are attached
<br /> hereio and made a part hereof by reference, which provide for the
<br />� purchase of the following described real property in the City af
<br /> �rand is7and, Haii Coun�y, �:2�raska: �
<br /> Lot Eleven (11 ) , Block Twerity-three (23) in
<br /> College Addition to West Lawn , City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Property also
<br /> known as 2114 North Grand Island Avenue,
<br /> Grand Island , Nebraska,
<br /> subject to all the conditions , stipulations and agreements con-
<br /> tained therein.
<br /> The Assignees, by accepting this Assignment, assume and
<br /> agree to perform all of the terms , covenants and conditions nf tnP

<br /> therein to be performed on and after date hereof.
<br /> This Assi nment shall be �n full force and effect from
