<br /> WHEREAS, under the terms of a certain contract entitled CONTRACT FOR SALE
<br /> �F LAND FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT dated October 19. 1976 and recorded in
<br /> the pffice of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska as document No.
<br /> 76-007300 , which contract provided for the sale by t.he Com�nunity
<br /> Development Agency of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska to Donald D. & Bonnie
<br /> J. Schritt as purchaser, it was provided that said purchaser {construct)
<br /> (a-ehabilitate) certain improvements on the land
<br /> WHET2EAS, pursaant to the Contract, a certa.in deed was given dated December
<br /> 22, 1976 and recorded as document No. 76-007420 in the Office of
<br /> the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the
<br /> covenants, conditions and restri.ctions cont'ained in said Contract, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the said contract provides that upon completion of the (construction)
<br /> (rehabilitation) of the improvements the Authority will furnish the purchaser with '
<br /> a certificate of completion, and
<br /> WNEREAS, the purchaser has com�leted the (construction)(rehabili.tation) of
<br /> the impr.ovements called for in said contract, and
<br /> WHEREAS, THE CODL^iIINI'PY DEVEIAPPtENT AGFNCY, of the City of Grand Island,

<br /> P�ebraska, has completed a].1 of its obligations cont-ained in said contract as
<br /> w seller. �
<br /> NOW, THF.REFOR.E, the Commiinity nevn_lopment Agency of the City of Grand Lsland,
<br /> Nebraska, hereby cerCifies thaC the said purchaser has cornpleted the (construction)
<br /> (rehabilitation) o£ the improvements called for in the said contract. This cer-
<br /> tificate constitutes a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termi.nation
<br /> of the covenants and agreements in said contract and de�=_d with respect to the
<br /> obligations of the purchaser to complete the (construction) (rehabilitation) of
<br /> j the improvements called for in said contract....
