<br /> 29, 1976 and recnrded as docurnertt No. 76-Q05�38 i.n tT��e Ofiice of
<br /> the Register of Dce.ds, HaII County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the
<br /> covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in said Contract, and

<br /> (rehabilitation) of the irnprovements L'he Authority will furnisn tlie purchaser with '
