<br /> IT IS SPECIFICALLY agreed that this Deed is also subject to all the terms,

<br /> entitled "Contract of Sale of Land Having a Re-IIse Va1ve Under $30,000 to
<br /> Individuais, Corporate and other Purchasers".executed by the Grantors and Grantee
<br /> herein, dated June 21 , 19 77 , which is on file in the Offices of the
<br /> Crnimiunity Development Agency, Grand Island, Nebraska, and which is recorcled i.n the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
