<br /> � year's iast past; that he has made a personal inspection of the
<br /> F names of additions and subdivisions within said Grand Island,
<br /> = Ha1l County, Nebraska, as recorded in the Office of the Regis-
<br /> ' ter of Deeds of 'Hall County, Nebraska; that based on his own
<br /> ��' personal knowledge and on an examination of the records on ,
<br /> file in the Office of the Register of Deeds that he has deter-
<br /> ; mined that there is no subdivision or addition within Grand
<br /> ;, Island, Hall County, Nebraska, by the name of "Union Pacific
<br /> Railroad Company's Addition to the C;ty of Grand Island, Ha11
<br /> County, Nebraska"; that within said Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> � Nebraska, is an addition by the name of "Railroad Addition"
<br /> � but that there is no Block l52 within said Railroad Addition;
<br /> ` that there is an addition within said 6rand Island, Hall
<br /> s; County, Nebraska, by the name of "Union Pacific Railway Com-
<br /> pany's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska°, and that there is a Block 152 within said
<br /> i Add-�tion; that on July 1 , 1974, Burlington Northern, Inc . , a
<br /> ; Delaware corporation, successor in interest to Chicago,
<br /> Bur3ington & Quincy Railroad Company, was the owner of 7ega1
<br /> � title to that real property described in Warranty Deed re-
<br /> corded as Document No. 76-OOQ370 in the Office of the Register
<br /> ' of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and on said July 1, 1974,
<br /> ; said Burlington Northern , Inc. conveyed by Quitclaim Deed
<br /> {recordeci at Book 178 of Deeds, Page 132) such property which
<br /> ; was erroneously referred to as part of "Block 152 of Union
<br /> � Pacific Railroad Company's Addition to the City of Grand Is-
<br /> ,� land, Ha11 County, Nebraska" ; that it is apparent that such
<br /> reference to Union Pacific Railroad Company's Addition wa5 a
<br /> scrivener's error and that the true and correct description
<br /> , as contained in said Quitclaim Deed should be as follows :
<br /> � "Block 152 of Union Pacific Railway Company 's Second Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska." �
