Said insurance shall name the Mortgagee as the <br /> 2oss payee. Mortgagors shall furnish to Mortgagee a certificate <br /> evidencing the fact that such irisurance kzas been procured and <br /> that it is in full force and effect and further that the same <br /> cannot be terminated without reasonable notice to the Mortgagee. <br /> This certificate shall be obtained prior to July 15, 1977. <br /> It is further agreed (1) That if the said Martgarrors sha11 <br /> , fail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, th�! said Mortgagee <br /> may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so <br /> advanced with interest in accordance with the said Promissory <br /> ' Note shall be paid by said Mortqagors, and tYiis Mortgag�e shall <br /> starad as security for the same.
