<br /> That THOMAS DOLTON and KRZSTIE DOLTON, husband and wife, and
<br /> RONALD.E. LUKESH and JEAN LUKESH, husband and wife, hereinafter
<br /> called the -Grantor, whether one or more, for and in consideration
<br /> of the sum of $1. 00, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br /> do hereby grant, remise and relinquish unto MICHAEL L. McCORD
<br /> and CINDY R. McCORD, husband and wife, as joint tenants, with
