AFFIDAVIT <br /> County of Valley ) <br /> ,: <br /> Come now the undersigned, Herbert Bredthauer and <br /> Mildred M. Bredthauer, husband and wife, who presently live <br /> � ' at Cairo, Nebraska, and after being duly sworn state as follows: <br /> 1. That they have been husband and wife for many <br /> years and that they operated the farm together. That it is <br /> their intention and their confirmed apinion that each contributed <br /> � X ; jointly to the acquisition of all their assets. That Mildred M. <br /> Bredthauer worked equally with Herbert Bredth�uer and performed <br /> � <br /> ' � duties as a farm wife which would entitle her to ownership of <br /> one-half of the assers of the parties. The parties further <br /> state that on this date they have prepared separate Wi11s but <br /> that the Wills have identical provisions. It is their intention <br /> that their sons have a life interest in the Northwest. Quarter <br /> of Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 12 �dest of the 6th P.M. , <br /> Hall County, Nebraska and that upon the death of their sons, <br /> .: � same shall be divided among the grandchildren as set forth more <br /> fully in their Wills. That they also own a home in Ha11 County, <br /> Nebraska which has now been placed in both names as tenants in <br /> common, but that same was previously held in the name of <br /> Mildred M. Bredthauer. That the joint tenancy of the aforesaid <br /> quarter section of land has been severed and is now held in both <br /> names as tenants in common. Further that there are certain <br /> ' checking accounts, personal property, and ir.terest bearing <br /> accou.nts which in their opinion they own equally and same was <br /> acquired by their equal joint efforts, notwithstanding the <br /> fact that title may be held in survivorship. <br /> ; Therefore, it is the opinion, desire and direction <br /> `of the parties that the estate assets considered to be owned <br /> one-half by each.
