<br /> COMES NOW C. w_ Butterfield , who, first duly sworn upon
<br /> his oath, deposes and says as follows:
<br /> 1 . That on August 15 , 1973, he personally knew Paul Bradley
<br /> Johnson, one of the Grantors in a certain Warranty Deed dated
<br /> August 15, 1973, and recorded at Book 172 Deeds , Page 312; and
<br /> that on said date , August 15, 1973, the said Pau1 Bradley Johnson
<br /> was a single person.
<br /> 2. That he personally knows Paul Bradley Johnson, one of
<br /> the Grantors in a certain Warranty Deed naming Sidney II , Inc: as
<br /> the Grantee, which Deed was dated August 15, 1973, filed August 17,
<br /> 1973, recorded at Book 172 Deeds, Page 312 ; and which Deed described
<br /> the following property:
<br /> The West 230. 34 Feet o-F Lots 9 and 10 , Burch SubdiVision ,
<br /> ' an Addition to the City of 6rand Island, Ha17 County,
<br /> Nebraska, except the North 75 Feet of the East 163 Feet
<br /> of the West 230.34 Feet of Lot 10, and except the South
<br /> 5 Feet of the East 163 Feet of the West 230. 34 Feet of
<br /> Lot 9.
<br /> 3, That he is personally familiar with the Paul Brodby Johnson,
<br /> one of the Grantees in a certain Corporation Warranty Deed executed
<br /> by Sidney, Inc. , dated December 27, 1973, filed December 27, 1973,
<br /> and recorded at Book 173, Page 441 , which Deed describes the following
<br /> property:

<br /> of the East 163 Feet of the West 230. 34 Feet of Lot 10 and
