<br /> their right , title and interest in and to that certain Purchase Agree-

<br /> A. W. Hedgeco:ck and Ruth E. Hedgecock, husband and wife, as Sellers

<br /> and Reed Construction Company as the Buyer, which Agreement was
<br /> dated October 27, 1977 , fi7ed November 30, 1971 , and recorded at Book
<br /> 22 Miscellaneous Records, Page 363 in the office of the Hall Gounty
<br /> Register of Deeds, and which Agreement described the following property:
<br /> All of LoCs 9 and 10 in Burch Subdivision , an Addition
<br /> to the City of �rand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> for a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
<br /> j by the said James S. Reed, d/b/a Reed Construction Company, and the
<br /> said Precious Reed, spouse of the said James S_ Reed.
