<br /> tion of the sum of $514.15, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
<br /> paid by Gary D. Major, party of the second part, has sold, and
<br /> by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto the said
<br /> Gary D. Major, the indenture of mortgage daCed May 14, 1960 made
