<br /> with SELLER as grantee , which shall also be filed with the escrow agent

<br /> ' ' premises to be insured against casualty loss for an amount not less than
<br /> ; $ 38 , 000 with a loss payable clause in favor of SELLER and provide said

<br /> certificate evidencing such insurance and such insurance shall be
