<br /> a. The right of ingress to and egress fran the strip over and across the
<br /> land by such a route that t,ould occasion the least practical damage
<br /> and inwirvenience to the Grantors.

<br /> b. Sai.d easanent does herEhy grant the right to the Grantee to do those
<br /> ' necessary things on said easenent tn pmperly care for said pipeline
<br /> and presen�e said pipeline as pnxiently as possible.
<br /> c. Said rights shall give the Grantees the right to cxoss fences in order
<br /> - to enter into said easenent or at the Grantees' election, to construct
<br /> a gate in order to enter said prope=ty.
<br /> Grantee hereby covenants and rees as follaws:
<br /> a. �Grantee shall not fence the strip.
<br /> b. Grantees shall properly backfill any trench made by them on ths strip
<br /> and re�ir any damage it shall do to the Gxantors' private roads or
<br /> #' ; lanes on the land.
<br /> c. Grantees shall indannify against any loss and d�nage which shall be
<br /> caused by the exercise of the rights of ingress and egmss or by anY
<br /> wrongful or negligent acts on the part of the Grantees, or their
