<br /> � Mortgagee does hereby grant Mortgagor the privilege of delaying '
<br /> ; any one ( 1 ) annual principal payment due hereunder for a period
<br /> of one ( 1 ) year . In the event Mortgaqor shall. so elect , then
<br /> ? it shall notify Mortgagee prior to interest payment date of
<br /> , � its election to do so , stating the reason therefor and provide
<br /> jMortgagee with copies of its annual and quarterly reports pre-
