The Subdividers agree to construct a sanitary sewer in ` accordance with plans and s�ecifications tbr S�nitary Sewer Project No . 76-5-8 , approved ; ' ' by ihe City' s Director of Public S•]orks , and subject to the City ' s inspection eund approv�l , - ' which sanitary sewer main will include as part of the consiruction a lilt station in ; order to conduct sewage from the Subdivision to the City sanitary sewer msnhole locaied � at the south end of Karen Road , now vacated , in ihe City. The Subdividers specifically � agree to construct , mainto.in , and operate said sanitary sewer r�ain being constructed in accordance i•�ith said plans , No . 76-S -E� , nnd if' the msin is annexed into the cornorate limits of the City of Grand Isl2aid , the City agrees to then accept the responsibility for maintenance and operation of said sewer and lift stwtion .
