<br /> Borrower shall not cause ar permit the presenee,use,dispasal,storag�,or release vf any Ha2ardous
<br /> Substance�,ar threaten t�r�lease any Hazardous Substances,on or in the Property.Borrower sha11 not do,
<br /> nor a��ow anyone else to d�,anything affecting the Pr�perty(a}that is in v�o�ation of an�En�uonmenta�
<br /> La�v,(b}�vhich creates an Environm�ntal Condition.,or(c}which,due to the presence,use,or release of a
<br /> Haza.rdous Substa.nce,creates a c�ndition that adversely affects the value of the Property.The prec�ding two
<br /> sentences sha11 nat apply to the presence,use,or storage on the Property of small quantities of Ha2ardous
<br /> Substances that are g�nerally recognized to be appropriate t�normal residential uses and t�maintenance of
<br /> the Proper�y(in�luding,but not limited to,hazardous substanc�s in consumer products}.
<br /> Bvrro�ver shall prornptl�give Lender�vritten notice of(a}any investigation,c�aim,demand, �a�vsuit�r other
<br /> action by any governmental or regulatQry agency or pri�ate party inva��ing the Proper�and any Hazardous
<br /> Substance ar Environmental La�r of�hich Borrower has actual knowledge, (b)any Environmental
<br /> Condition, including but not�imited to,any spilling, �eaking,discharge,release or threat of release of any
<br /> Hazardous Subs�aace,and(c)any condition caused by the pr�sence,use or release of a Hazardaus Substance
<br /> which adverse�y affects the va�ue�f the Property. If�orr�wer learns,or is notified by any go��rnmental Qr
<br /> regulatory authori�y,or any private party,that any remova�or other remediation of any Hazardous Substance
<br /> affecting the Property is necessary,Borro�ver sha11 prompt��r take a11 necessary remedial acti�ns rn
<br /> accordance with Environmenta�Law.Notl�ing herein sha�l create any obligati�n on Lender for an
<br /> Enviranmental Cleanup.
