<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />MEHRING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company to
<br />BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />Successor Trustee, for the benefit of NIEDFELT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, L.L.C.
<br />formerly known as NIEDFELT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PREFERRED, L.L.C. a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 8, 2011, and
<br />recorded June 8, 2011, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 201104317, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Successor Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), Sterling Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
