That an existing utility easement within Skag -Way Second <br />Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />A PERMANENT ELECTRICAL EASEMENT AS DESCRBED IN GRANT OF RIGHT OF <br />WAY FILED JUNE 5, 1956 IN MISCELLANEOUS BOOK 3, PAGES 627 THROUGH 631, <br />ORIGINALLY LOCATED IN LOTS 16 AND 17 OF HOME SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, NOW LOCATED IN LOT 1 OF <br />SKAG -WAY SECOND SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />COMMENCING AT A NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT I, SAID POINT ALSO <br />BEING ON THE EAST RIGHT -OF -WAY (R.O.W.)
